Were looking for a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Ashland, WI for the 20252026 school year. This is a school-based, full-time position providing speech therapy services to elementary-aged students. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to elementary students

Conduct speech and language evaluations and write assessment reports

Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student communication needs

Track student progress and maintain accurate therapy documentation

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning

Utilize evidence-based practices for speech and language intervention
Qualifications:

Current Wisconsin SLP License (required)

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

ASHA CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship (CF) with supervision available

Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred

Ability to commit to full-time school hours (37.5 hours/week)
